Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details, where available.

Delivery Timeline

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes. Availability of COD is determined based on your delivery location and may not be available in all areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (where applicable). You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier issues, or high order volumes.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. Kozy Karigari is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video and taking clear photographs to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
